Ou nuus. Gee maar net jou huis aan Seeff om te verhuur as jy oorsee gaan...
Hulle sal sorg dat hy gesteel word en dan net hulle skouers optrek en sê dat
hulle nog nooit jou huis op hulle boeke gehad het nie... (Ten spyte van die
feit dat hulle 'n jaar lank elke maand die huur in jou rekening betaal het)
