Mens vang glo meer vlieë met heuning as asyn, so hier gaan ek weer.

The following is a resource site for people who are married to a South
African citizen, or intend to and wish to emigrate to South Africa. ( not
many do, but some like myself and my Canadian spouse have found that the
system not ideal)

If you have a similar problem feel free to join us in our fight for Human
Rights for our chosen spouses.

http://1freespace.com/spouse/ (Moenie worry nie, daar is nie kaalgat
prentjies nie......)

All inputs are appreciated even those that chose to nit-pick the validity of
my statements.

Submissions can be made on the website.

Regards

Francois

Suid-Afrika is nie, is dit
Kanada. Wonder watter land nou na sy smaak sal
wees.

You could probably bring her to SA - she can enter SA without a visa, but
she would have to renew her temporary permit every 3 months.

Also she would not be able to work in SA and contribute financially,
nothing - nadda - zip ! Nopt even volenteer work.

She will have no choice other than to be @ home executive or tourist.

Best of all is that the design of the new legislation has been sponsered by
Canada, look at the link for the SAMP project.

What about money she already has? (family money). Can we use that?

But they would have to grant her citizenship if she marries me though right?
Its international law.
